As per reports, the winner of October 10 record £170m EuroMillions jackpot draw has come out and claimed the prize, the National Lottery has said in a tweet. The Camelot group had earlier said that winning ticket worth £170,221,000 will be brought to the UK. The UK also has had the previous five winners of the lottery.

Details of the prize
Rules state that the Camelot group will determine as to when the ticket was bought or whether the winner is an individual or a syndicate shall not be revealed until ticket-holder decides for a public reveal. The prize will be paid out after a meeting to validate the ticket. Then it shall be up to the winner whether they want to share the news or not. The prize is record-breaking because it had not been claimed since July and was rolled over for previous five draws after it reached its limit. The winner had matched all five numbers - 07, 10, 15, 44, 49 - and the two lucky stars - 03 and 12. The winners had 180 days from draw to claim the prize.

This is the fifth time a UK player has won the EuroMillions lottery this year. The previous winner had chosen anonymity and had won £123m in June. As per a report, the winner if its just one individual then he would become one of the richest in the UK and have more money than Ed Sheeran and Tom Jones.
Previous Winners
Reportedly, earlier winners include Patrick and Frances Connolly from Northern Ireland who won £114.9m EuroMillions jackpot in the draw on New Year's Day. Ade Goodchild who went to the bank with £71m in March and an anonymous winner who won £38.2m in April. The previous biggest winners in the UK was Colin and Chris Weir from Largs, Ayrshire, who won £161m in July 2011.
