Germany responds to envoy's inadvertent applause for Nazi veteran in Canada's Parliament
Berlin said that the German envoy to Canada was unaware that a Ukrainian veteran of the Waffen SS was a Nazi when she joined Ottawa lawmakers in applauding him.
