A spokesman for the Russian President said Russia regretted attacks on the country made during a final debate between US presidential candidates Donald Trump and Joe Biden.Speaking with journalists, Vladimir Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov called it a "competition of the most dislike towards Russia."
