Pakistan man launches online market for Eid animals

A young entrepreneur in Pakistan has created an online portal that offers digital a Qurbani experience amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The term 'Qurbani' refers to the sacrifice of animals in Eid-ul-Adha Aqib Muhal, 29, adapted his business to help facilitate social distancing. According to Muhal, the online portal tries to "create the real essence of Qurbani".

"We want people stay safe stay home and perform their Qurbani online", he said.

The service allows customers to buy animals online, as well as check specifications of the animal and experience sacrifices and meat processing. The visitors also have an opportunity to have hands-on experience when they buy an animal online and visit the goat den in person.
