China will make any vaccine 'global public goods'

Chinese officials on Sunday promised to make any Chinese vaccine "global public goods" once available. Minister of Science and Technology Wang Zhigang said China is involved in international cooperation on vaccine development and clinical trials.

Wang made the comment at a news conference on Sunday to release a report on the nation's response to the coronavirus pandemic. The report defended Chinese government's actions and said China provided information in a timely and transparent manner.
