South Korea's Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has warned of the possibility of a further mass outbreak of the coronavirus, as dozens of new cases have been reported in a resurgence mostly concentrated around the capital, Seoul. Government officials are resisting calls to reimpose stronger social distancing measures out of concern they'll hurt a fragile economy.
