Netizens are coming up with their own suggestions about the names of dating apps based on personality types after a tweet by a stand-up comedian went viral.
A tweet that involves the types of dating apps that could exist depending upon the personality types is becoming a new trend among the netizens. A trend which was reportedly started by a stand-up comedian Sumaira Shaikh has now gone viral as people have started coming up with their own versions for names of dating apps. Netizens have also connected with the names and added that they need apps like those for their personality types.

Research firm Sensor Tower has published its list of top 10 dating apps worldwide for September 2019. As per the data, Tinder was the most downloaded dating app worldwide in September. While Facebook's dating app seems to have already fallen flat within a month of its launch, Tinder continues to remain the first choice among users when it comes to choosing a dating app.

Sensor Tower data shows Tinder had close to 5.5 million installs in September, resulting in a total of 4 percent increase from the same period last year. In September, the most number of downloads for Tinder were from the U.S at 19 percent, followed by Brazil at 12 percent.
