Houses washed away near Moscow amid floods
Several houses in the Moscow region were washed away on Wednesday night after a dam collapsed due to heavy rains.

Several houses in the Moscow region were washed away on Wednesday night after a dam collapsed due to heavy rains.
According to local emergency services, three buildings were washed away and another 29 flooded in Ruza city, 100 kilometres west of Moscow.
The Vice Governor of the Moscow region, Igor Trescov, said that 52 residents whose houses were damaged were relocated.
A dirt road that was used as an artificial dam collapsed due to the heavy rains in the region, local administration said.
No one was injured, according to Russian Emergency Service.
