Netizens shower praises on Montana cops' for 'random act of kindness'

Two officers from Montana's Great Falls Police Department have become an internet sensation with their act of kindness. Senior Police Officer McAdam and his trainee, Rookie Officer Kazior reportedly aided a family in distress when they were on duty. When the two got a report of a runaway in the area, they reached the scene and found that everything was stolen. The boy who had snatched the property had vacated the place and even taken away all the food. The family was robbed of EBT cards as well; so they could not purchase groceries. Rising to the situation, the officers bought food for the family with their own money. They went to the closest grocery store and purchased enough food to last several days.

Officer Kazior told the media that she hoped that this will make the community see that the police aren’t just there to arrest their parents or enforce laws, they are also there to help.

GFPD praises the officers on social media

GFPD praised the officers for their actions with a special post on their official page. In the post, the department applauded these officers and their compassion for the community members they are sworn to protect and serve. "These kind acts happen far more often than we are made aware of and we are grateful for the opportunity to recognize this incident," read the post. The post has gone viral with 9K likes and over 700 comments since November 7.

A user wrote: "Thank you for your compassion, you are appreciated. God bless you both". Likewise, another added: "God Bless you both very much .it just proofs to me you both have big hearts .. keep up the good work". A third user wrote: "Blessings to all police officers striving to protect us!!! Thanks for all you do!!!". While a fourth added: "Way to go you 2 are awesome in so.
