New Zealand PM Jacinda Ardern's 2-minute video challenge goes global

PM Jacinda Ardern celebrated the second anniversary of taking over the office on November 3 by listing the achievements by the government under her leadership.

The Prime Minister of New Zealand, Jacinda Ardern celebrated the second anniversary of taking over the office on November 3 by listing the achievements by the government under her leadership. The challenge was to list all the milestones of two years in two minutes, however, she finally finished all of them by two minutes and 56 seconds. Policies like 92,000 jobs, improvement in cancer care, building more classrooms, facilities for mental health along with a reduction in the number of detainees in prison for a decade. PM Ardern loses the challenge, however, after exceeding the time limit she concludes by saying, 'but a great list'.

Netizens applaud PM Ardern

The clip which has received more than 60 thousand views on Twitter along with a thousand retweets, PM Ardern was seen as the most beloved leader of state on social media. Most internet users were seen delighted with all the achievements and one of them even said that he can not wait to see what the New Zealand PM achieves in the coming years. One Twitter user also commented that she is proud of the 'folks' in the government. Other than the citizens of the country, foreigners also commented under the video saying they 'should rather live in New Zealand' while someone else said they are on their way to be in the country.
