A video of the birthday celebration of 18 pandas in China is making social media erupt with joy over and is making netizens familiar with the term 'Panda-monium'
In an adorable gesture, the Shenshuping Panda Base located in the Wolong National Nature Reserve in China celebrated the collective first birthday of 18 panda babies (cubs) on July 25.

The staff at the research base threw a birthday party for the nine male and nine female panda cubs whereby the cubs were greeted with songs and fed cakes made of fruit at the joint celebration.
In 2018 a total of 18 panda cubs were born in the China Conservation and Research Center most of whom were residing in the Shenshuping Panda Base. The endangered species has seen population growth in recent years thanks to conservation efforts.
The staff put in their best efforts to organize a grand party for the pandas replete with food, toys, streamers and everything else to the pandas heart's content.
The celebration attracted a large number of visitors who could not help but express their happiness and excitement upon witnessing so many pandas together for the first time."This is the first time I've seen so many pandas in one place together. It's also my first time to see so many baby pandas," a visitor at the research base said.
Netizens were floored at the overload of cuteness and expressed their heartfelt wishes to the pandas on their birthday.
