Steve Irwin's son, Robert Irwin is seen following his father's footsteps. The way Steve Irwin used to showcase animals to the world, his son is seen doing exactly the same. Robert shared his side-by-side photo of himself and his father feeding the same crocodile at the Australian Zoo. Steve Irwin was a hero for most of the 90's kids, as they have grown up watching his videos of crocodile hunting and animal taming.
Robert Clarence Irwin is just 15 years old and is already seen living up to his father's legacy, and has the same connection with the animals. Striking the same pose, wearing the same khaki shorts and a button-up shirt and feeding the same crocodile, Robert's resemblance to his father is uncanny. Robert took to his Twitter account to share an image with a stunning caption showing his love for crocodiles.
I have so much admiration for crocodiles! We use the same capture methods that Dad created to ensure every croc caught is happy & healthy when they’re released back to the wild with their trackers. It’s humbling to be close to such a powerful, highly developed, secretive species! pic.twitter.com/n6GzKifTLo

Netizens get emotional
Followers were more than emotional and couldn't stop sharing their emotions.
You have big shoes to fill young fella, but im sure as the sun sets in the evening that your old man would be proud as punch of you and your sister on this fathers day. But he would be at piece knowing that your mum was looking after and teaching you about life and crocs.

Robert is not the only Irwin following Steve's footsteps, sister Bindi is also going to appear alongside her brother in the all the Animal Planet series, Crikey! It's the Irwins. Steve passed away on September 04, 2006, at the age of 44. He was stung in the heart by a stingray while he was filming underwater for his documentary.
