Saudi foreign minister Adel al Jubeir responds to Iran's threat
The Saudi Arabia Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel al-Jubeir said that Saudi Arabia will defend itself against the Iranian threats of attack.

On September 22, in an interview to international media, Saudi Arabia's foreign minister responded to the threats of the Iranian commander. The statement by the minister succeeds the comments made by the commander of Iran's Revolutionary Guards affirming that Iran is ready to counter any aggression.
Saudi to defend against any aggression
The Saudi minister for foreign affairs asserted that the country will strategize to defend itself against the attacks. It will do whatever it takes in its defense against Iran. Subsequently, the foreign minister confirmed that the country is seeking military support from the UK. He said that it is their responsibility of the to protect the country and its people from any harm, hence all required measures will be deployed to protect against any damages. He further added that the country is prepared for war but war is always that last option.
Iran and Saudi face-to-face
The statement came after the Commander of Iran's Revolutionary Guard Maj-Gen Hossein Salami told Iranian media that the country is ready to respond to any aggression but will never allow the land to turn into a battlefield. However, the country will continue to defend against any kind of violence and will continue to ensure that any aggressor is completely destroyed. Hence Saudi's foreign minister responded with similar agitation, establishing their defense against Iran. Al-Jubeir told in his interview that Iran for the past 40 years have been engaged in violent behavior. Iran's aggressive behavior destroyed Lebanon through Hezbollah, its military was sent to Syria to cause destruction. Moreover, they have deployed their soldiers in Yemen and supply ballistic missiles and drones.
Iran protects its national security
On the other hand chief of Iran's influential Islamic, Revolutionary Guard Corps said that he was committed to destroy all the drones violating the nation's security and will respond to any aggressor. The chief responded to US accusation of Iran attacking Saudi's oil facilities. Tehran responded that it is ready to fight back in any situation if required. IRGC commander Major General Hossein Salami told international media in a news conference held on September 21.
