Cruz found an incredible creature in just 3 meters of water
Cruz Erdmann was on an organised night dive in the Lembeh Strait off North Sulawesi, Indonesia. Being an avid photographer and speedy swimmer had been asked to hold back from the main group to allow slower swimmers a chance to take pictures. There he found an incredible creature in just 3 meters of water, a pair of bigfin reef squid. They were engaged in a glowing, rapidly changing communication of lines, spots, and stripes of various shades and colors. One immediately flew from the spot but the other one, probably the male, hovered around for Cruz to capture its glowing underwater show.
