Germany's foreign ministry confirmed on Monday that the building housing the German consulate's visa office in Kyiv has not been in use by Germany since the war broke out. EU Commission on Monday slammed Moscow for what it described as "heinous attacks" and missile strikes across Ukrainian cities, including in the capital Kyiv.
