Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy decried Russia's continued membership in the Group of 20 on Wednesday following a series of missile strikes on Ukraine.
Speaking to the G-20 summit in Bali, Indonesia via video link from Kyiv, Zelenskyy labelled Russia a "terrorist."
On Tuesday, Russian missiles struck dozens of targets across Ukraine.
Zelenskyy said that "hundreds of cities were left without electricity, water and heat" and that "internet traffic has fallen by two-thirds."
He also called for a "quick response" after Poland said on Wednesday that a Russian-made missile fell in the country's east, killing two people, though US President Joe Biden said it was "unlikely" it was fired from Russia.
