Drought affects power generation for Brazil and Paraguay
Itaipu, the gigantic hydroelectric dam straddling the Brazil-Paraguay border on the vast Parana river, is feeling the heat of Brazil's worst drought in nine decades by showing a steep decline in electricity production.
