Maduro reacts to ICC probe into alleged abuses
The Venezuelan government and Caracas residents reacted on Thursday to the International Criminal Court's announcement to open a probe into allegations of torture and extrajudicial killings committed by Venezuelan security forces under President Nicolás Maduro’s rule.
