London Heat Wave: Memes seem to be the best option to Londoners in the sweltering heat, here are the best of the lot

A massive heatwave has engulfed London in July and people are having a hard time figuring out a solution. Weather reports had confirmed on Thursday that this was the hottest July day on record, with a temperature of 38.1C, surpassing the previous high of 36.7C set at Heathrow Airport in 2015.

Even so, netizens' creativity has not stopped. Sharing memes and pictures from the streets seems to have become the only solution available to Londoners.

As per reports, the heatwave has disrupted commuters' travel in the city. Traffic and Metro schedules have been affected. In addition, some parts of the city have also received heavy rains.
