Pippa Middleton shared that her 11-month old son Arthur loves to stay active as much as she does, on her fitness column for Waitrose Weekend on October 1. She disclosed that her 'munchkin' Arthur is becoming “more mobile” and that their local baby gym has been a “saving grace”. Middleton has been to come up with various different activities to do with him, in addition to just park walks in the pram. The youngest sister of the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton gave birth to her first boy on October 15, 2018, in a London Hospital.
The local baby gym
According to Pippa Middleton's column, the local baby gym is a “saving grace for Pippa Middleton because it is a big space which is full of fun, soft objects, playmats, stairs, balls, mini trampolines and more to stimulate the babies while physically engaging them. The 36-year old socialite also talked about how his physical activities burn a lot of energy and that too in a safe environment. The baby gym has also been helpful for baby Arthur to learn physical skills. Pippa Middleton also said that she noticed an increase in the confidence of her child after every visit to the baby Gym.
Swimming is his favourite
Pippa Middleton revealed that her son Arthur's favourite activity at the Baby Gym is swimming, and that too at the tender age of just 6 months. She further added that swimming is their combined favourite activity. The mother believes that physical activities and his exercise sessions have helped baby Arthur to have a sound sleep along with an improved digestive system.
