The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have hinted towards child number two during their surprise visit to families of service members in Windsor, England. Reportedly, they seemed curious about the management of two children and Prince Harry confessed that the Royal couple was thinking about second child, on their visit earlier this week. The couple had their son, Archie, and they asked a mother about her life with two children. Later, the mother revealed that they were trying to persuade the couple for another child.
Like father, like son
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended the annual WellChild Awards which were organised to honor sick children and their caretakers. Prince Harry addressed the gathering and got emotional while handing out the awards to the young inspirational children. During a session with the winners of the award, they talked about their own baby boy. The interesting part was where Meghan Markle acknowledged that Prince Archie has inherited similar features as his father, particularly the royal feature of red hair. While talking about Prince Archie’s visit to the first playgroup, the couple also confirmed that Archie has inherited Prince Harry’s most recognizable features, like the red hair. Baby Archie has beautiful red hair on his eyebrows. They said, “You can see it in his eyebrows”.
Meghan's struggles after the first child
As seen in the interview, Meghan was teary-eyed as she was sharing her struggle particularly after the birth of their first child, Archie. The duchess said that it was something very private and very real to her. She knew that nothing was going to be easy but that everything would be fair but it seems that's the part which is really hard to reconcile. Speaking on how she's coping with all of it, Markle said that she has been telling Harry that it's not enough to just survive something but thrive and be happy. Meghan said that she had “really tried” to adopt the “British sensibility of stiff upper lip” but thought that “what that does internally is probably damaging”. Both she and Harry took things one day at a time, she added. Meghan also said that when people are saying things that are untrue she doesn't think anyone can possibly feel okay and that's different to scrutiny. The only good thing for her is that she has her baby and her husband and they’re the best, she concluded.
