During a crucial impeachment hearing of United States President Donald Trump, a Democratic Congresswoman came dressed up as a Batgirl on October 31 for Halloween. Rep Katie Porter says that if she takes her work seriously does not mean that she takes herself seriously, thus sent a stern message out by deciding to wear a cape, mask, on a black costume for a vote which would decide the future of impeachment inquiry against President Trump. However, Porter made it a point to change her clothes before the vote on the House Financial Services Committee later that day.
'This is outstanding'
Soon after Porter tweeted about it, the people of the internet called her post 'outstanding'. A lot of people said that they can see the Representative for CA45 being re-elected 'several times' some of the internet users confessed that they adore her for being exactly who she is, and requested her to stay 'long enough'. One of the Twitter users also said that growing up is optional while growing old is mandatory. Netizens also expressed their wish to exchange Porter with other lawmakers in the US.
