Donald Trump puts candy on Kid's 'Minion' costume, netizens react

When a kid with minion costume comes in front of the first couple, Donald Trump and then his wife place the candy bar on his head and have netizens reacted

The President of the United States, Donald Trump and the First Lady, Melania Trump handed out candies to the local schoolchildren of hundreds of military families on October 29. When a kid with minion costume comes in front of the first couple, the US President places the candy bar on kid's head and then the First Lady does the exact same which netizens have called, 'pure gold'. The candy bar, however, falls off the little minion's head and the US President is seen laughing afterwards. Many children came up to the White House, dressed as astronauts, military officers, pirates, and dinosaurs and greeted the couple one-by-one.

The funny moment?

While many netizens have reacted to the moment with hilarious comments, while some of them also pointed out that President Trump's behaviour was more like 'bully' as he puts the candy bar on the child's head knowing completely that he is not capable to reach it and then laughs it off. There was also a difference of opinion among the people of the internet if it was a 'funny' moment or a 'creepy' one. One of the Twitter users also said that all kid wanted was candy and there's no reason for the US President to put it on his head.

Halloween at White House

White House was decked up in Halloween theme with hues of black and orange majorly amongst all other colors as silhouetted cut-outs of large, black trees with creepy bare branches were placed on the columns of the White House South Portico. The decorations rightly matched the theme of the evening appeared to be haunted forest-inspired. Dozens of pumpkins were also lined up by the curved staircases. To add more effect to the event, the United States Air Force Strolling Strings played Halloween-themed tunes on black violins on the South Portico porch who played theme songs "Ghostbusters," "Bewitched" and the Harry Potter films.
