Mark Ruffalo called out Degeneres
Actor Mark Ruffalo recently weighed in on the internet debate about DeGeneres being friends with the former Republican US president George W Bush. In a tweet, Ruffalo claims that one cannot talk about kindness until George Bush is brought to justice for the crimes of the Iraq War. However, many netizens did not support him. One follower replied to the comment saying, “You could hold every President responsible for war crimes.”
Sorry, until George W. Bush is brought to justice for the crimes of the Iraq War, (including American-lead torture, Iraqi deaths & displacement, and the deep scars—emotional & otherwise—inflicted on our military that served his folly), we can’t even begin to talk about kindness. https://t.co/dpMwfck6su
