Senator Kamala Harris, the Democratic Vice Presidential nominee, campaigned in Goldsboro and Fayetteville, North Carolina on Sunday, two cities with a large share of Black voters. Presidential nominee Joe Biden and running-mate Harris are spending the final days of the presidential campaign appealing to Black supporters to vote in person during a pandemic that has disproportionally affected their communities.
Harris criticized President Trump's response to the coronavirus, pointing out the revelation from journalist Bob Woodward's recordings that Trump was informed in January of the dangers of COVID-19. She also criticized the Trump administration's efforts to overturn the Affordable Care Act, which includes protections for people with pre-existing medical conditions.
