Reaction in the UK to US Presidential Elections 2020

People in central London reacted to the US election results on Wednesday morning.

US President Donald Trump and his Democratic challenger, Joe Biden, are in a tight battle for the White House.

Fund manager Paul Brown said he is ''not really surprised by Trump's actions'', as the US president has vowed to ask the Supreme Court to weigh in on the inconclusive election.

As the results of the election are still not clear, some expressed concern about a possible Trump's reelection.

''I think the divisions in America are just going to get more protracted and deeper so very depressing,'' said property developer Toby Baines.
