The alleged accusations

Max Stier, who runs a non-profit in Washington accused Kavanaugh and allegedly claimed that he saw his former classmate “with his pants down at a different drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his p**** into the hand of a female student”. Brett Kavanaugh has been accused several times of sexual misconduct. Christine Blasey Ford testified before Congress that Justice Kavanaugh has sexually assaulted her in the later 1980s. Similarly, Deborah Ramirez also reportedly claimed that the Justice had waved his genitalia in front of her face at a 1980's dormitory party.

The US President recommended that Justice Kavanaugh take legal action against the claims and suggested that the Department of Justice intervene on the Judge's behalf and come to his rescue.
