US acting defense sec. visits Philippines

U.S. Acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller met with a group of U.S. military personnel before departing from Manila, Philippines on Tuesday.

Miller also visited Indonesia and took part in a virtual meeting of defense ministers from the ASEAN bloc of southeast Asian countries.
