California Senator and 2020 Democratic Presidential candidate Kamala Harris has requested Twitter to suspend US President Donald Trump's Twitter account for targetting US lawmakers and the whistleblower behind Trump-Ukraine talk of digging dirt on political opponents.
Harris: Account must be suspended
Harris has stated that his Twitter account should be suspended as there is plenty of evidence to suggest that he is callous with his words in a way that will result in harm and also the privilege of using the words in that way should be taken away from him. She further said that whatever Trump has been tweeting recently was directed at the whistleblower which everybody has seen before, including attacking members of US Congress should be enough to take away his Twitter account.
Look let's be honest, @realDonaldTrump's Twitter account should be suspended.

As per reports, Twitter is still to respond to Senator Harris's call. Meanwhile, the Twitter policy says that "blocking a world leader from Twitter or removing their controversial tweets would hide important information people should be able to see and debate". Trump has regularly, via twitter attacked his political opponents.
Harris's demand comes amidst Impeachment proceedings
According to reports, Trump had intimidated Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelensky in a July 25 phone call to cooperate with his personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Attorney General William Barr to investigate a Ukranian gas company that may be linked to former Vice-President Joe Biden's son, Hunter, as per the transcript of the call released by the White House. The US House Intelligence Committee meanwhile has subpoenaed Giuliani advising him to co-operate with the current Impeachment inquiry against Donald Trump started by House Democrats on September 24 by giving relevant documents related to Ukraine scandal.
Trump meanwhile has continued to defend himself against the allegations."We're trying to find out about a whistleblower. We have a whistleblower that reports things that were incorrect," he said at the White House. In a barrage of Tweets, Trump said that House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff be arrested for treason as he exaggerated parts of Ukraine phone call.
