Former Vice President, Joe Biden, said the United States President, Donald Trump had committed 'an impeachable offense' by asking the Ukranian President, Volodymyr Zelensky to start an investigation against Biden's son. In the talk show, 'Jimmy Kimmel Live', Joe Biden said that the idea that someone would call ahead of a foreign state to initiate a significant military aid that is needed in order to prevent the Russian separatists who are in Ukraine, from taking over Ukraine, and then ask basically can you cooperate with Rudy Giuliani -- he's coming over. Biden also talked about how there is an 'urgent need' to make Donald Trump a one-term president.
Enjoyed sitting down with @jimmykimmel to talk about what’s at stake in this election and the urgent need to make Donald Trump a one-term president.

President Trump criticized
Joe Biden criticized Donald Trump for getting the Justice Department involved in the matter. While referring to the transcription of the phone call released by the White House, Biden also stressed it seemed awful hard to conclude that it is 'an impeachable offense' and violation of the responsibility President Trump holds in the Constitution. The former Vice President also believes that Congress must hold him accountable as the transcription clearly showed 'abuse of power' and the actions have undermined the democracy of the US.
Donald Trump pressured Ukraine to manufacture a smear against a domestic political opponent — the “transcript” made that clear. It’s an abuse of power that violates the oath of office and undermines our democracy.

Congress must hold him accountable.
Impeachment inquiry launched
Speaker Nancy Pelosi launched an official impeachment inquiry into Donald Trump on September 25. The House of Commons will now look to actions that according to Pelosi have violated the Constitution. Fundamentally, impeachment is just the first stage of the process divided into two parts in the Constitution to prosecute and remove a President or any other federal official from the office. The House of Representatives has the power to impeach any official who commits a crime like bribery, treason or other misdemeanors from the office. However, the final decision still remains with the Senate to remove the President or any other official after holding a trial. More importantly, impeachment is not a legal trial, but a political trial.
