The horse was allowed to ride the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) train as it was a service animal.
Horse was allowed on the train as it was a service animal
Reports mentioned that Sweets boarded a train at Rockridge station, Oakland, after its owner showed paperwork to a station agent stating it was a service animal. It was only after consultation with BART lawyers that the horse was allowed onboard. Soon after it boarded, passengers petted the horse and were amazed by its cuteness. Many took pictures of it and posted it on social media.
