President Donald Trump's White House doctor, Sean Conley, says Trump received an experimental antibody cocktail to treat his positive COVID-19 diagnosis.

Conley sent the information in a letter addressed to White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany.

In the letter, Conley said Trump received a "single 8 gram does of Regeneron's polyclonal antibody cocktail."  He said he "completed the infusion without incident."

Conley also said Trump remains 'fatigued but in good spirits" and is being evaluated by a team of experts.

He said First Lady Melania Trump remains "well with only a mild cough and headache."
