Won't Allow Israelis to Return to Their Homes in Northern Israel, says Hezbollah Chief

In a dramatic televised address, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah has vowed that his group will thwart Israel's new war objective aimed at resettling Israeli citizens in the northern border area. Nasrallah’s comments come amid escalating tensions between Hezbollah and Israel, further inflaming the conflict in the region.

“The goal of the resistance is to prevent the enemy from realizing its goals,” Nasrallah declared. “Its latest objective is to return settlers to their homes in the north of occupied Palestine (Northern Israel). Let me tell the Israeli government, the Israeli army, and the Israeli people: You will not manage.”

Nasrallah specifically addressed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu , asserting that no military action or escalation will succeed in returning ‘settlers’ to the northern border area. “The only solution is to halt the aggression against the people of Gaza,” Nasrallah said. “No military escalation, no killings, no total war will return your settlers to the border area. You know it.”

In his address, Nasrallah also dismissed the recent proposal by IDF Northern Command head Maj. Gen. Ori Gordin to establish a buffer zone in southern Lebanon. Referring to Gordin as an “imbecile,” Nasrallah criticized the idea and expressed a desire for Israeli forces to advance into southern Lebanon. “It will create an historic opportunity for Hezbollah,” he said.

Additionally, Nasrallah promised retaliation for the recent attacks on communications devices used by Hezbollah members, which had resulted in numerous casualties. “There will be a just punishment,” Nasrallah warned. “I will not say when, where, or how. You will know when the time comes.”

As usual, Nasrallah delivered his remarks from an undisclosed location, maintaining the secrecy of his whereabouts amidst the ongoing conflict.
