Republic Double Exit Poll for Telangana: KCR's TRS projected to sweep again, BJP and Congress likely to fight over what remains say CVoter and Jan Ki Baat

With the six-week long thrilling dance of democracy coming to an end on Sunday with the completion of the seventh and final phase of voting in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, all eyes are now fixated on the eventual fate of the seats in the poll fray across the 542 constituencies. With an estimated 900 million-strong electorate, the world's largest democracy now waits to learn of the composition of the 17th Lok Sabha and consequently, the next government of India.

Telangana Projections:

In sourn state of Telangana, 443 candidates contested in 17 constituencies. significant parties to contest state were national parties BJP and Congress and regional parties K. Chandrashekar Rao's TRS and Asaddudin Owaisi's AIMIM.

Here are projections for 2019 Lok Sabha elections in Telangana:

In state according to both psephologists, TRS is predicted to sweep state single-handedly by securing a majority, while Congress-led UPA, BJP-led NDA, and Owaisi's AIMIM is projected to secure one seat each. According to CVoter, TRS will have a maximum vote-share of 37.3%, followed by UPA at 31.1%.

An interesting report that emerged from state wherein candidates with most and least declared assets in Phase-1 of Lok Sabha polls contested for same state, Chevalla.

KV Reddy was richest candidate in entire Phase -1 field of candidates from 91 seats, with declared assets exceeding Rs. 895 crore as per Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) Initiative and Nalla Prem Kumar became candidate in Phase-1 with least declared assets, just Rs.500.
