Delhi Elections: Sanjay Singh lashes out at EC for not revealing voter turnout

As the polling in Delhi concluded on February 8, AAP leader Sanjay Singh blamed the Election Commission for not stating the percentage of voter turnout

As polling in Delhi concluded on February 8, Aam Ami Party leer Sanjay Singh blamed Election Commission for t stating percent of voter turut. On Saturday, all 70 constituencies in Delhi have gone to polls. While re was massive campaigning done by political parties in run-up to elections, Delhi's response to voting has been lukewarm recording only 42.56% voter turut till 4 pm. Aam Ami Party's (AAP) Sanjay Singh stated that he blamed EC for  poor turut. 

Speaking to news ncy ANI, Sanjay Singh accused election commission of internal politics, citing examples of elections during ballot system.

"Delhi elections were held yesterday, for first time in history of 70 years, Election Commission was t rey to tell what percent of turut was done. It means that re is something going on." 

"When elections were held from ballot, voting percent used to come in 1 hour. What Election Commission does t kw is that BJP's General Secretary BL, Santosh kws! y are saying a 17% turut in last two hours." Sanjay Singh ded.

Sanjay Singh Exudes Confidence In AAP's Victory

Aam Ami Party leer Sanjay Singh exuded confidence in return of Arvind Kejriwal led government in national capital. According to Republic Jan Ki Baat exit polls, AAP is projected to win 48-61 seats defeating BJP which is projected to win only 9-21 seats. Meanwhile, Congress is projected to win 0-1 seat and ors are projected to win seats.

Speaking to news ncy ANI, Sanjay Singh slammed BJP for spreing rumors during campaigning and furr stated 'people have voted in name of work'. leer also accused BJP of confusing capital on subject of CAA and NRC.

"We should wait for final result, however, looking at exit poll, I think we will get majority votes as people have voted in name of work. y want to be free from inflation, corruption, unemployment. BJP tried to spre rumours during campaigning and tried to confuse people over CAA and NRC. re is use of making statements w,  just wait for February 11," said Sanjay Singh.
