Bihar govt approves CBI probe for Sushant Singh: Celebrities express their delight
As Bihar government wrote to the Centre for a CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput case, Bollywood stars like Kangana Ranaut expressed their delight on Twitter.

After days of demand from various celebrities and fans for a Central Bureau of Investigation probe into Sushant Singh Rajput case, Bihar government took a major step by writing to Centre on Tuesday. news was greeted by numerous celebrities of film industry. Kangana Ranaut, Shekhar Suman, Meera Chopra, Ashoke Pandit were among those who reacted to news with delight, while Anupam Kher and Zareen Khan also sought ‘justice’ for him.

Bollywood stars hail decision of Bihar govt in Sushant case

As Bihar CM Nitish Kumar wrote that his government sent recommendation of case to Centre, on basis of complaint filed by Sushant’s far, Meera Chopra used hashtags like ‘CBI Enquiry for SSR’ and ‘CBI can’t be denied for SSR.’

Shekhar Suman, who has one of names to be at forefront to demand a CBI probe, called it ‘winds of change’ and a ‘revolution’.
Though t exactly a reaction to approval of CBI probe, Anupam Kher and Zareen Khan also backed call for ‘justice’ for Sushant. Kher wrote that family deserved to kw truth, and hoped for a ‘logical conclusion’ to case. Zareen wrote that ‘truth shall prevail’ and that actor was watching from above.

"I have spoken to DGP. From here recommendation is being given for a CBI probe. We have Sushant's family's consent.
It will be done today itself. Proceedings will be started."
A four-member team of Bihar Police is investigating FIR, on complaint of KK Singh, where he accused Rhea Chakraborty and six ors of abetting alleged suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput, apart from charges like cheating and conspiracy. CM also stated that Bihar Police was t treated well by ir counterparts in Mumbai.

Mumbai Police had recorded statements of 56 persons in connection with case, though it has t filed a FIR yet.
