Deepika Padukone is thrilled to bits with the effort and pain Lilly Singh went through to find her at Met Gala 2019

Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone who walked the red carpet for Met Gala 2019, on Tuesday, May 7, met Canadian Indian YouTuber Lilly Singh, popularly known as Superwoman, at the event. 

Following the event on Wednesday, Lilly Singh shared a picture with Deepika Padukone on Twitter narrating the hilarious story of how she finally found her 'sister' after crossing several hurdles at the Met ball.

Sharing a gorgeous picture of the duo, Lilly wrote, "Searched the entire #MetGala, knocked over 6 chairs with my dress, got stepped on by 16 people and got a cramp... to find my sister @deepikapadukone and give her a hug. Worth it."

While Lilly seems to be in no regret to have faced the hurdles, Deepika suggested an easy way out for the next time. The Bollywood diva retweeted the post as she captioned the post saying, "the next time...just call!easier way to find me! love you sista! @IISuperwomanII"

Deepika Padukone and Lilly Singh bonded up really well when the later came down to India a few days back. Not only Deepika, but also her husband Ranveer Singh also gelled up really well with the Punjabi YouTuber. Both of them were even seen rapping together at a party as their high-energy level toned up the party. In fact, following the meeting Lily had shared a picture with Ranveer on Instagram and said that Ranveer Singh has influenced her for a lifetime.
