Hema Malini kickstarts fund-collection for Ram Mandir from 'prominent Mathuravasis'
Actor-MP Hema Malini kickstarted the fund-collection for Ram Mandir construction as she accepted donations from 'prominent Mathuravasis'.

last two years have been significant for Ram Mandir construction, as Supreme Court cleared decks in centuries-old land dispute in 2019 and 2020 witnessed grand Bhoomi Pujan (foundation stone laying ceremony) of temple. And 2021 has started ar aspect of movement, with fund collections for project starting off in a serious manner. After President Ram Nath Kovind’s Rs 5 lakh donation for temple, Member Of Parliament Hema Malini has also kicked off fund collection drive in her constituency.

Taking to Twitter, actor-turned-Mathura MP posted photographs, where she is posing with cheques donated by dors. She shared that drive was started on Friday and contributions from ‘prominent Mathuravasis’ h alrey started pouring in.
Netizens were delighted to see update and replied, ‘Jai Shri Ram’.

On Friday, it was reported that President Ram Nath Kovind h donated Rs 5 lakh for Ram Mandir construction to Vishwa Hindu Parish-led (VHP) delegation at Rashtrapati Bhawan.
