- When film was launched it h a different script with Sunny Deol, Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan. When Sunny left film, y decided to go with a new script rar than replace him.

- Actor Lopsang and Akshay were shooting an important long action sequence with Akshay on Maharajah Train. Akshay was supposed to punch Lopsang and he dodged and hit window glass. Everyone thought y were fake glasses being used for movie. But it was real one, so when Akshay punched Lopsang, Lopsang dodged and Akshay hit window glass. re was a loud bang and Akhshay hands were bleeding and it was frightening. action shoot was stopped and he went to get first aid. big star was hurt so everyone thought it was pack-up time .
