Katrina Kaif introduced 'Kay,' her beauty line, on Wednesday, October 16. She took to social media and gave fans a special sneak peek into her ambitious dream of having a beauty line. She shared a campaign poster of the brand. The collection was launched on October 22, after which it started facing criticism. An Instagram page named Diet Sabya accused ‘Kay’ of copying the poster of Kim Kardashian West's cosmetics line. Diet Sabya claimed that the campaign picture of 'Kay' is too similar to that of Kim Kardashian West's beauty company's poster.

How Katrina Kaif's brand is being compared with Kim Kardashian's brand

In an interview with a leading online portal, Katrina was asked about people making allegations about her brand copying the 2017-launched KKW cosmetics campaign. Katrina reacted by neither admitting to nor denying the allegations. She said that she can only say one thing, all great minds think alike.

On a professional front

Katrina will be seen opposite Akshay Kumar in Rohit Shetty's next cop film titled Sooryavanshi. "It is lovely to be working with Akshay. I have known him for a long time. Rohit is very clear about what he wants from this film. There is a science behind this film and it is meticulously and thoughtfully done," Katrina had told PTI. In Sooryavanshi, both Singham (Ajay Devgn) and Simmba (Ranveer Singh) will be seen in a special appearance. Rohit also recently shared his desire to make a female cop film, and Katrina Kaif said she is looking forward to the tentative project. Katrina was seen last year in the movie Zero which was directed by Aanand L. Rai. She shared the big screen with Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma for the second time. The trio was first seen together in the 2012 movie Jab Tak Hai Jaan. She was last seen in Bharat.
