Malaika Arora explains importance of wearing a mask, says 'you could be saving a life'

Actress Malaika Arora recently teamed up with an NGO called Karo to spread awareness about the importance of wearing masks amid the coronavirus pandemic.

coronavirus pandemic has been tightening its grip with cases increasing every second across world. government and authorities are doing every bit to protect people from it by launching several campaigns while spreing awareness. Many Bollywood celebrities have come forward to campaign and urge people to here to all safety rms and one such example is Malaika Arora. actress recently teamed up with an NGO called Karo to spre awareness about importance of wearing masks amid coronavirus pandemic. 

Malaika Arora urges people to wear a mask   

Malaika Arora shared a picture on Instagram while holding a placard which re, “I wore my mask today so…” Along with picture, actress penned a lengthy te while showing her support to organization for urging people to wear a mask and prevent transmission of virus. In caption, Munni Bnaam actress wrote that hospitals are struggling to treat individuals suffering from cancer and or diseases because Covid-19 has overburdened medical system. She furr wrote that people can help by doing a simple thing that is by wearing a mask.

Malaika furr elaborated and said that when people wear a mask, y protect t just mselves but ors too. Explaining importance of a mask, actress shared that it slows down spre of disease, frees up medical resources, and allows those suffering from cancer to get treatment y need. “Wear your mask - you could be saving a life.” Towards end of te, Malaika wrote about organization Karo that is working tirelessly to provide financial support, holistic care, and accommodation to lesser privileged individuals suffering from cancer. At last, she urged people to join movement in large by just taking a picture of mselves wearing a mask, with text ‘I wore a mask today so…’

Ever since actress h been tested coronavirus positive earlier, she has been working to spre awareness about coronavirus disease and helping people to tackle problem by narrating her own experience. actress was tested positive a month back after her beau Arjun Kapoor h anunced his diagsis where he was also tested positive for same.
