Priyanka Chopra is the ultimate ‘Desi Girl’ along with husband Nick Jonas in Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla couture

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas finally said 'I do' as they exchanged vows in a Christian wedding ceremony on December 1. Following the same, the actress has been giving sneak-peeks to the fans from their wedding festivities. 

After sharing pictures from her Mehendi ceremony, Priyanka Chopra has now shared some glimpses of the dazzling Sangeet ceremony that took place at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Rajasthan. 

The extravagant affair was conceptualized, visualized and designed by Bollywood ace designer Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla (AJSK) and the event was planned and executed by Motwane Entertainment & Weddings.

Priyanka and Nick looked regal at their Sangeet ceremony as they donned traditional attires crafted by the designer duo. While Priyanka Chopra dazzled in a full hand embroidered sequins sari in gold and silver, Nick looked dapper sporting an open midnight blue sherwani with silk thread detailing.

Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla shared Priyanka and Nick's picture from the evening on their Instagram account and described the Sangeet ceremony as a 'The Jodhpur Fairytale'.

The newlyweds on Saturday, December 1, shared the first official pictures from their pre-wedding festivities. The pair took to Instagram and shared the happy pictures from their Mehendi ceremony. The couple went completely traditional and wore Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla couture for their Mehendi ceremony.

The actress was seen donning a gorgeous multicoloured lehenga while Nick complimented her look donning a white sherwani.

Celebrating the 'amalgamation of cultures' the pair captioned their social media posts saying, "One of the most special things that our relationship has given us a merging of families who love and respect each other's faiths and cultures. And so planning our wedding with an amalgamation of both was so so amazing. An important part for the girl in an Indian wedding is Mehendi. Once again we made it our own and it was in the afternoon that kicked of the celebrations in the way we both dreamed."
