Taapsee Pannu is all set to entertain her fans with her upcoming release, Saand Ki Aankh along with actor Bhumi Pednekar. The actor has portrayed different characters in her various films-from a spy in Naam Shabana to a hockey player in Soorma. The Pink actor seems to be as energetic, strong and full of colours as she looks on the screen. In one of her interviews with a leading entertainment portal, the actor revealed that she lives to eat and that it has been hard for her to follow a particular diet.
What is her diet and workout plans?
Talking about her morning routine, the Game Over actor said she has a big mug of green tea followed by warm water around a litre with some dry fruits like almonds and walnuts. In the first two hours after waking up, she opts for a glass of cumber or celery juice too. Claiming her self to be a breakfast lover, she said she likes to have a heavy breakfast. She mentioned she enjoys eating omelette and dosa with bhaji at breakfast.
The actor suggested that one should eat in small portion whenever they feel hungry, rather than setting a particular time for their lunch and dinner. She advised her fans to have oatmeal or dry fruits bar instead of a protein bar. Furthermore, the Chashme Badoor actor added that she believes that playing a particular game is a great way to maintain fitness. She mentioned that she prefers to do cardio exercise any day along with playing by a sport. When quizzed about having a sweet tooth, she said that she is not a sweet lover but she likes to have a big slice of cake on her cheat days.
