Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad dished praise on Ajay Devgn's recent film, Tanhaji: Unsung Warrior calling it an 'amazing' film that highlights extraordinary cour of an unsung warrior. Mentioning that actor has performed 'extraordinarily' well, BJP leader claimed that entire cast has given an 'impressive performance'.

Actor Ajay Devgn thanked minister on behalf of entire team of film. 

Meanwhile, days after historical drama's release,  Uttar Pradesh government anunced that film will run tax-free in state. anuncement was made official on verified Twitter handle of Government. As mentioned in tweet, Ajay Devgn, who is also producer of Tanhaji: Unsung Warrior, requested Government to allow film some tax exemptions, as makers wanted to spread heroic tale of assassinated warrior. Ajay Devgn's magnum opus Tanhaji: Unsung Warrior is probably just a day away from officially entering Rs.100 crore club, it is also actors 100th film. Meanwhile Deepika Padukone's film Chhapaak is struggling to make an urd trend even after Makar Sankranti holiday in some parts of India.

Trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter handle to share total collection. While Tanhaji stands at Rs. 90.96 crores, Chhapaak stands at approximately Rs. 23.62 crore on Day 5 at box-office.
