A nightclub employee has sued Academy Award winner Cuba Gooding Jr. on October 22, for alleged inappropriate behaviour. Reportedly, it has only been days after the 51-year-old actor was accused by three women for sexual misconduct that, Natasha Ashworth, the employee alleged that Gooding Jr pinched her last year. The nightclub server reportedly had spoken about the matter to the New York law enforcement previously, however, her name was kept private.

The complainant's suit
While disclosing the details of the incident, Ashworth said that the actor had asked her “Do you want to see my impression of p***s?” in October 2018. The nightclub server had replied in negative while serving his table. Gooding Jr. then drank from his glass and spit the liquid out of his mouth after which Ashworth walked away, before they faced each other again at 4 am at the bar counter. That is when the 51-year-old actor pinched her butt. When the nightclub server instructed the actor to not do so, he replied saying “that's no fun”.
After this conversation escalated, according to the suit, Ashworth went to inform the manager. However, even after that Gooding Jr. reportedly tried to touch her again. The new claim has surfaced against the Oscar winner actor after last week being indicted on four misdemeanour counts. Gooding Jr. has pleaded guilty and is due to appear in the court on December 13. Ashworth's suit further states that after being an employee at a nightclub for nearly four years, many customers had resorted to such sexually aggressive behaviour with her.

Sexual misconduct accusers
Coming to America actor is currently facing the growing cast of sexual misconduct accusers and prosecutors had also unveiled new criminal charges against the actor and told the judge that there are a dozen women who have testified that he violated them as well. Gooding was also arrested in June after a 29-year-old woman reported to the police that he squeezed her breast without consent at another Manhattan nightspot. However, Mark Heller, the actor's lawyer has claimed that the cases against his client are an example of the #MeToo movement run amok.
