The 'Fast and Furious' franchise is one of the most long-standing ones in Hollywood with eight films so far. Now, after the massive success of the franchise, a spin-off called 'Hobbs and Shaw' has been in the works for quite some time. Starring Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson as Hobbs and Jason Statham as Shaw, the film's trailer finally came out recently.

The trailer starts off with Idris Elba, who thanks to some human experimenting, attains superhuman strength. Being the bad guy, he poses a really big threat to the world and only two guys can stop- the law-abiding Hobbs and the rogue Shaw. While Hobbs is one of the most elite in the world in law enforcement, Shaw is an ex-British secret service agent who is as lethal as they come. Then, of course, the two have faced off against each other so they don't get along well, which ensues a lot of hilarity.
Other than some sassy lines and cat and mouse moments between the two leads, are is tons and tons of action, which is as crazy as it comes, being a staple of the franchise. With choppers, lots of gun fights, hand to hand combat and jumping off a skyscraper with a rope, 'Hobbs and Shaw' has everything required for a staple action film.

Not only that, but the film also has plenty of humour quotient and doesn't take itself too seriously, which is refreshing to see in the 'Fast and Furious' franchise. Another special attraction is the appearance of WWE wrestler Roman Reigns in the film, as many of the stills from the action flick has already revealed. The film is all set to release on August 2 this year.
