Netizens divided on the way Justin Bieber addresses David Beckham in throwback picture, some think latter resembles PewDiePie

Justin Bieber shared an interesting throwback picture with David Beckham on Tuesday and from the resemblance of the ex-footballer to the singer’s caption, netizens had different kinds of reactions.

The pop sensation shared a throwback snap from many years ago with the former Manchester United star and England International. But the interesting bit was his caption. He didn’t tag the latter or call him David Beckham, but instead tagged his son Brooklyn and added the word ‘dad’, “Me and @brooklynbeckhamdad.” 

The netizens had a mixed response to his address of the former midfielder. Some wondered why he couldn’t tag the ‘legend’ himself, ‘the one and only’ or ‘Mr David Beckham’ and asserted that ‘he had a name.’ On the other hand, one of them thought it was hilarious and asked David to remember the time when he wasn’t just somebody’s dad like Justin had addressed him.

Interestingly, many of them felt David looked like the popular Youtuber PewDiePie. Some felt he resembled ‘Baywatch’ star Zac Effron as well.

The reason for Justin’s post might be because he is friends with Brooklyn. The duo has previously been spotted partying together. Moreover, Brooklyn was reportedly dating Madison Beer, a singer often referred to as the singer's protégé.

Brooklyn, the eldest son of David and Victoria, seems to be living up to his ultra-glamorous parents in the manner in which he is a part of the gossip mills.

Justin, meanwhile, was in the news for his marriage with Hailey Baldwin late last year.
