The game on Friday began with Dr Samanta introducing his notable work at the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences. In a conversation with Amitabh, Taapsee Pannu revealed that she would only help Dr Samanta if he failed to answer the questions. The two reached the 5th question which is worth Rs 10,000. The question was- "What is the literal meaning of the word 'Kumbh' in the 'Kumbh Mela'?" To this, Taapsee kept looking at Dr Samanta that gave the audience an idea that she was unsure of the answer. When the clock ticked two seconds, they used their first lifeline (Audience Poll) to get the answer to the question. Amitabh Bachchan also narrated a funny dialogue saying, "You two just had two seconds. If you would have failed to answer it, then your game was over."
