Nia Sharma angry over Shantanu Maheshwari's elimination in Nach Baliye

Nach Baliye 9 grand finale episode was shot this weekend and the name of the winning couple has been announced. As per reports, Prince Narula and Yuvika Chaudhary are the winners of Nach Baliye 9. The top five competing couples were Shantanu and Nityaami Shirke, Anita Hassanandani and Rohit Reddy, Vishal Aditya Singh and Madhurima Tuli, Aly Goni and Natasha Stankovic, and Prince Narula and Yuvika Chaudhary.

Here is what happened: 

After the finale episode was shot, Nia Sharma was reportedly shocked when she heard about Shantanu Maheshwari's eviction. Shantanu, who is a professional dancer, had made his debut in a dance-based drama romance show, Dil Dosti Dance. Shantanu has also represented the country on an international dance platform.

Actor Nia Sharma, who will soon be seen in Naagin 4, took to Twitter to express her anger against the makers of Nach Baliye 9 for evicting Shantanu Maheshwari from the show. Nia Sharma wrote, “Shantanu Maheshwari gets evicted from a dance reality show? The same guy who represents the country on an international dance platform? Kudos!! All due respect to these reality shows but also please respect the guy whose very profession is DANCE!!”
