The controversy:

In a series of tweets, the 42-year-old narrated the entire incident, alleging Anu Malik made sexual advances towards her. Not only did Sona recount the first she met Anu Malik, but she also spoke about yet another alleged victim of his misconduct.  "The first time I met Anu Malik was on Oct 2006 for the rehearsals of MTV Lycra style awards, he invited both Ram & me for lunch at the ITC Grand Maratha having worked with Ram as a youngster. Subsequently, Anu M used to call up randomly at strange hours, leave missed calls or once in a while when I picked up awkwardly, talk incessantly. I stopped taking his calls because I felt no need to tolerate this for the hope of singing a song for him. This was 2007-08.", read an excerpt from her post.
